decorative Laminate. This gives the designer almost an unlimited
choice in designing the wall or ceiling finish. The BUNGE grooved
acoustic wooden wall panels range includes standard wood veneers
chosen from the most popular colours available, as is the same with
the High quality decorative laminates.

The standard range of wood veneers is available on an exstock
basis, however BUNGE can choose from international suppliers
quality veneers to match your choice
Paint Finish
BUNGE Acoustic wood panels are available in either Pantone or RAL
colours. This gives almost an unlimited choice in selection. The
paint finish is in a high quality 2pac finish and can be supplied
in Gloss, Matt or Satin finishes.

Construction of Groove wooden acoustic panel
1. Basic mterial : it is made of high density moistureproof and
mildewproof board,the thickness is 9mm,12mm,15mm or 18mm.It is also
acceptable to use the other board according to the customers'
requirement.
2. Facing : melamine facing,color chosen according to the company's
color board.
3. Sound absorption thin felt : it is black,affixed to the back of
the sound absorption board,nonflammable and sound absorption.
4. Batten width : 128mm,or made according to customers'
requirement.
5. Batten length : 2440mm at max.
6. Acceptable tolerance : for width it is 0.1mm,for length it is
2mm.
7.Combination : 90 degree angle for the rabbet and notch,batten
length is made according to the need.
