BUNGE Sound Proof partition wall is made of high quality Anodized
Aluminum frame with composite materials.the panel has a standard
thickness of 80mm and a width up to 1219mm.Maximum height can reach
4500mm tall.its vertical seal.together with the horizontal top and
bottom retractable seals providing excellent acoustic insulation
property of maximum STC-48 in laboratory setting, normally used in
demanding locations such as function rooms in starred hotels and
convention centers.
The panels move on a ceiling track with no requirement of floor
guides or rails.
The sound proof partitions may be finished with a selection from
our standard un-finish MDF or un-finish
plywood board (included in the price) or with optional fabric,
leather, melamine, high pressure laminate, murals, or other custom surfaces. And pass through door
or glass window can be apply additionally.

Easy Parking on Movable and Operable Partition System
In their stacked position, the panel form compact package and can
be accommodated in the smallest of spaces depending on the room
situation. The low weight of the panel and the associated
structural advantages are particularly noticeable here. The four
standard stack or parking track systems offer convenient
operability with a minimum of noise from the individual panels as
they slide into position on movable and operable partition
system.We offer a range of suspension systems to suit each
installation and application.
According to the project's actual size, combined with precise
design of the auxiliary track, the movable partition can fold
orderly, flexible and diverse collection.
Usage:
(1)Size of wall: all panels should be installed in accordance with
the manufacturers recommendations.
(2)Cutting: all necessary hardware and accessories for a complete
job installation are to be furnished by the contractor.
(3)Install the acoustic panels: the installation of folding
partition walls panels should be carried out in a sequence from the
left to the right, from upside to downside, the panels are cut to
fit on site, traditional woodworking tools are suitable for cutting
the panels, if panels are cut using a fine tooth table saw the
panels should be cut face up to avoid scratching and at a much
slower speed to avoid any tearout or chipping.
