Customized mobile partition wall process
1. Accept customer telephone consultation to understand customer
needs, according to customer needs, introduce activities suitable
for customers to cut off products.
2. Appointment time, on-site measurement and design;
3. According to the customer's site and requirements, propose a
good design proposal and quote
4. The customer confirms the design plan.
5. Sign the production contract with the customer;
6. The customer pays the deposit;
7. Back to the factory for processing, the elbow, track and related
accessories required for the installation of the track, such as
four-iron, round pin material, screw, nut, hanger, etc., are sent
to the installation site.
8. After the technician enters the site, put the line at the site
according to the drawings, and after confirmation by the customer,
start installing the track. (The rails will be reinforced with the
national standard angle steel from the top of the ceiling, and the
rails will be connected with the appropriate welding angles and
rails so that the bearing capacity of the rails will achieve good
results.)
9. After installation of rails, technicians measure the high and
wide dimensions of the site and confirm it with the customer.
10. The professional designer issued drawings and the factory
produced door panels according to the drawings.
Movable and Operable Partition System Usage Range:
1. Movable and operable sound proof partition system is modernized
decoration style. It can separate the space speedy and
conveniently. And it has sound insulation and heat insulation and
fireproof function.

high density frame, special made rubber, excellent sound insulation

3. The sound proof partition finish board is inserted in the
aluminum track, assembled with multi direction wheels; the board
can be stored in many different ways on movable and operable
partition system.
4. It doesn't need track on the floor, we only hang the track on
the ceilings and it can be at the same plane with the ceiling
decoration. It won't affect the whole decoration style on movable
and operable partition system.
5. Around the board, there is sound insulation rubber; it can help
to insulate the sound entering.
6. We can add single or double doors on the board for convenience
