Specification:

Bunge movable partition walls is made of high quality anodized aluminum frame with environmentally composite materials.The panels move on a ceiling track with no requirement of floor guides or rails,and they have a standard thickness of 65 mm,85 mm and 100 mm,and a width up to 1230 mm.Maximum height can reach 13 meter tall.

Acoustic performance:

The soundproofing performance of the partition is significant. After laboratory tests, the air sound insulation can reach up to RW=53dB. The panel material and internal soundproof materials used in the fire-proof partition are all flame-retardant materials. Its fire safety index complies with the Chinese GB5464 standard and the G50222-95 standard.

The overall fire resistance performance can reach up to 60 minutes. Internally-filled acoustic fiberglass is a lightweight, sound-insulating, and economical wall-filling material. The product uses an adhesive to cure the material to ensure its extension characteristics, effectively preventing the occurrence of falling phenomenon.

Track system:

For single or paired panels up to 250 kg. One 4-wheeled carrier is provided per panel, each wheel is consists of molded polymer tires on hardened steel ball bearings.Resilient mounted body for quite operation and load distribution.special for center stacking option. Usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200mm.

For Omni-directional panel up to 225 kg. Two carriers are provided per panel. Each carrier has two horizontal counter-rotating wheels that roll (not slide) in the track. Each wheel has precision ground bearings, encased with POM for quiet operation. Carriers easily negotiate square or angled corners without switches. Usual dimension from the ceiling to the structure is 200 mm.
