Acoustic Partition Panels Detail

Acoustic partition panels are a hanging system, which just have the ceiling tracks, but there is no floor tracks. A system of interlocked panels, usually fully glazed, provide a closing screen or space division solution within an existing larger partition.

They are operated manually and are usually hung via head and floor tracks although head track only options are available.

Each acoustic partition panel is joined via hidden hinges and seals providing a seamless finish once fully closed and folds away neatly when not required. A acoustic partition panel can incorporate smaller access doorsets and offer numerous panel configurations and operable actions, such as pivoting panels, which offer flexibility and convenience for users.

The vertical channel of each acoustic partition wall panel contains a polymer insert that is acoustic sealed when the panels are placed as a wall. The sound insulation partition walls are available in three thicknesses, 65mm, 80mm and 100mm, depending on the acoustic rating (from 22dB to 55dB).

Acoustic Partition Panels Features

With the unique multi-layer panel system, our acoustic partition panels has excellent acoustic performance with a STC up to 55dB.

Double PVC seals are mounted around the removable soundproof wall to provide the highest level of acoustic integrity. More importantly, this fit can also achieve the desired acoustic integrity between two nearby rooms.

The acoustic structure includes multi-layer board at the top and bottom of the acoustic partition panels and the glass wool inside. The fabric wrapped acoustic panel and perforated MDF panel can be used to reduce echo. The vinyl at all edges help to prolong life time and seal the noise.

These acoustic partition panels will be provided in an end-folded configuration to meet a variety of parking requirements and the first panel can be provided as a standard access door.

The acoustic partition panel has aluminum edge profile, and panels are available for a variety of surface treatments including painted, polished veneer or various standard or high pressure laminate. Fire rated finish panel is also available.
